Shane Bruce Opines on "Wasted Votes", Ballot Access and "The Lesser of Two Evils"

Spring is in the offing and as mother nature reawakens so do several remarkable, seasonal, political phenomena. . Since this is a Presidential election cycle for the good old US of A, the first tender tendrils of  the "Wasted Vote Syndrome" and it's ugly sister "Lesser of Two Evils" have begun to sprout and insert themselves into the drama of this election cycle.
