That's Right Kids,
The Georgia Libertarian Party State Convention is coming on April 24, 2010. It's the biggest event of the year here in LibertyLand as members of the party gather to hash out internal details like who's gonna be the Chair, the Vice Chair and various and sundry other admin positions as well as select our Candidates for the Statewide races this fall.
It's such a big event that you'll be constantly reminded by the merry crew here at Bludgeon & Skewer that it's on the horizon and we'll be harping to the faithful to be sure to shell out some moola to attend. We're holding this years festivites at the Westin Atlanta Airport located convinently near the airport. Check out the pix:
We also want to tell any of the readership that does not belong to the Libertarian Party to get off your duffs and join! $25 bucks gets you a one year membership in the Georgia LP AND the right to vote at the convention! That's right, you get to help choose who carries the banner of Liberty onto the Campaign Trail this fall if you're a full fledged member and you come to the convention. Talking politics is cool, doing politics is cooler!
